My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small for the meeting I had planned, and there was some noise from another meeting next door, which was a bit distracting. We also ran out of toilet paper, and the room was not properly cleaned after our first night. However, the staff was very accommodating and even set me up in a new room until they could retrieve my belongings from the original room. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
The hotel surprised me by accommodating my needs beyond expectations, but the room cleanliness was a concern with signs of lack of immediate attention. The smell of smoke was off-putting, but the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the lack of curtains and poor lighting made them feel a bit stark. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was a mixed bag - surrounded by nice places but a bit far from the main areas. The dining experience was good, but the unavailable pool was a letdown.
